What is the California Certificate of Driving Skill form?
The fillable California Certificate of Driving Skill can be used only by the ETP participants. You may download the California Certificate of Driving Skill form to apply for the certificate of driving skill. Once you receive it, it is valid only a year from the day of the test. The taxpayer must return this copy to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
