Filling out 1099-MISC Form

What is form IRS 1099 INT?
IRS 1099 INT is the form that needs to be filled by banks or other financial institutions to report interest income as well as the penalties on the investments.
What I need IRS 1099 INT for?
You need to fill this form if your account has the interest more than $10 that you should pay during the financial year;
The interests include: certificate of deposits, treasury bonds, interest-yielding accounts, saving accounts, and money market accounts;

What is Fillable Form 1099-NEC?
Fillable Form 1099-NEC is a form that is used to report any form of compensation given to a person who is not listed as an employee of the company. The report of payments was separated by the IRS from the 1099-MISC document.
What do I need the Fillable Form 1099-NEC for?
You will need to fill out Form 1099-NEC if:
There were payments to nonemployees;
The payments were made for course that is related to your business;
The payments were made to corporation;
The payments to the receiver are $600 or more in total (during the year);
The payments were made to attorneys.
How to fill out Fillable Form 1099-NEC?
While filling out Fillable Form 1099-NEC, you will have to specify a few main aspects:
The information about the payer is required;
The information about the receiver is required;
Specify the amount of compensation to the nonemployee.
Specify federal income tax withheld.

Your company must forward the form to an independent contractor not later than January 31 of the current tax year. If you are an individual, submit the form directly to the IRS by February 28. Electronic submission works from February 28 to March 31. Time periods of other destinations should also be respected.
