What is Form W-2GU?

The W 2GU template is also known as the Guam Wage and Tax Statement. Each employer has to send a report on the Guam wages to the IRS. If you pay the US income tax withholding wages you don’t have to use the form. You can use the W-2 form which is an alternative to the W-2GU form. The document was created and provided by the Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service. You have to send it to the Social Security Administration in the main order.

Copy A must be sent to the Social Security Administration, Copy 1 is for Guam’s Department of Revenue and Taxation, and Copy B is for the employee, and must be filed together with the tax return of the worker.

  1. Include the social security number of the employee;
