What Is a Trademark Licensing Agreement?

A Trademark Licensing Agreement is a legal contract between a branded company and another organization that wants to obtain the right to use the first firm's imagery, logo, or trademarks. This document allows the second institution to avoid copyright penalties while using a logo and other trademarks in marketing. At the same time, the first company gets compensation for licensing.

How to Fill Out Trademark License Agreement Template
