What Is Form CG-719B?
Form CG-719B is also known as an Application for Merchant Mariner Credential. This document was created and provided by the Department of Homeland Security US Coast Guard. Every mariner has to receive the CG-719B form for credentials. If the applicant has never held a credential Coast Guard, they must apply for it.
What Do I Need the Form CG-719B For?
- You can use the CG form 719B application for your first credentials for the Coast Guard if you have never received them;
- You can also use the CG-719B application form to renew the license if it meets the demands of the Coast Guard;
- The Coast Guard needs the document to make sure that you match the basic demands and that they can provide you with the license. They still can refuse to provide you with the credentials.
How to Fill Out Form CG-719B?
