What is BIR Form No. 1901?

BIR Form No. 1901 is the Application for Registration from the BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue).

It is for:

• Self-employed single proprietors/professionals.
• Mixed income individuals.
• Non-resident aliens engaged in trade/business.
• Estates with properties subject to estate taxes or under judicial settlement.
• Irrevocable trusts.

Completing and submitting it

Fill applicable white spaces and mark appropriate boxes with an "X".

The form has a space for the taxpayer/authorized representative's signature over their printed name.

Individual online sellers choosing manual registration submit the form with required documents at the RDO's New Business Registration Counter (BIR guide).

The RDO covers the physical business address, or the residence if the business is there.
