- Enter any "Discount" amount or rate applicable to the transaction.
- Specify the "Tax Rate" applicable for the transaction, and input this into the form. Upon entering this, the "Tax" amount will be automatically calculated.
- Review the "Invoice Total," which is the sum of the "Subtotal", "Discount," and "Tax".
- Proceed to the "Terms" field, where you’ll need to specify payment terms. This includes due dates, late fee policy, and other relevant payment details.
- Once you have confirmed that all information is accurately filled and completely representative of the transaction, click "Download" to save the completed invoice form for your records, or "Print" if you need a hard copy.
