What is the New I-9 Form 2023

This is the current version of printable Form I-9, also known as Employment Eligibility Verification. It was developed by US Citizenship and Immigration Services to verify the identity of residents and non-residents hired to work in the US. The form must be completed by both employers and employees.

The employees have to complete I9 documents form, which requires them to provide certain identification documents and become legally authorized to work in the United States. Employees who do not comply with the rules for filling and storing the I-9 form may be severely penalized.
