- Fill in details in alphabetical or Social Security number order, including Name, Address, and Social Security Number.
- Report each partner's share of federal items of income, gain, loss, guaranteed payments, and deductions.
- Allocate the federal items and deductions to New York State as per the instructions provided in the form.
