What Is Form 560?

Commercial Real Estate Confidentiality Agreement, or OREA Form 560, is used in the Province of Ontario between the provider and recipient of the confidentiality or proprietary information, which is provided to the recipient upon the execution of this Agreement. This Commercial Confidentiality Agreement serves the privacy objectives.

What Do I Need Form 560 For?

The Confidentiality Agreement Ontario form is used to:

• state the written, electronic, or verbal confidentiality or proprietary data the recipient, their employees, and principals agree to hold and treat in the strictest confidence;
• to confirm the receiver of the commercial information won’t disclose this data to a third party not stated in the Agreement;
• to specify the duties and non-liabilities of both provider and recipient of the commercial data.

How to Fill Out Form 560?
