Appendix A of Superior Court Standing Order 1-88 says: "Before the conference, trial counsel for all parties and any self-represented parties shall confer and prepare a joint pre-trial memorandum." The Standing Order says: "The minimum requirements of the joint pre-trial memorandum are attached to and made part of this Standing Order as Appendix A".
