Who provides proof of pregnancy?
A medical provider or a healthcare organization. Among the documents Massachusetts accepts as proof of pregnancy under its SNAP work rules is "A letter or document from your medical provider or from a healthcare organization saying that you are pregnant and your anticipated due date, if known."
Where can you get a test and documentation?
Some public health clinics offer both. Columbus Public Health in Ohio says: "Walk-in pregnancy testing is available, and proof of pregnancy documentation can be provided." It also says: "Appointments are preferred with limited walk-ins available."
