What is Form GST106?
Form GST106 is a Canada Revenue Agency form titled "Information on Claims Paid or Credited for Foreign Conventions". The current file is marked "GST106 E (23)".
Who fills it out?
The form says: "Fill out this form if all of the following apply:" you are a GST/HST registrant, you paid or credited a rebate amount for a foreign convention, and you claimed a deduction on your GST/HST return for the amount of GST/HST you paid or credited.
When is it due?
The form says: "You have to file this form for each reporting period in which you paid or credited such amounts and claimed a deduction on your GST/HST return." It also says: "The due date of this form is the same as the due date of your GST/HST return."
