What happened to assured shorthold tenancy templates?
The National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) says it was "formed in April 2020 from the merger" of the National Landlords Association and the Residential Landlords Association. On its page about creating a tenancy, the NRLA says "we have removed these templates from the site", referring to its assured shorthold tenancy templates, and describes assured periodic tenancies "in England from 1st May 2026".
Where are the current templates?
The NRLA says its Assured Periodic Tenancy template is "available exclusively to our members". Its guidance also covers whether an existing tenancy has to be replaced.
